Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse located in The United States.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and days we are on tour). Orders placed after 12 PM [MST] or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times (estimated delivery after processing)

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 5–14 business days
  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, holidays, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over amount, e.g., $75 to most countries. Some exclusions may apply (oversized items, remote areas, etc.).

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking number first.
  2. Contact us at management@stilrunnin.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Non-Deliverable / Returned Packages If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will contact you for a corrected address. Reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Unclaimed packages that are not re-shipped within 30 days will be refunded minus original shipping costs.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items If your order contains pre-order or backordered items, the entire order will ship together once everything is in stock, unless you request partial shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to certain countries due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot fulfill your order at this time.
